Database Tools let you Cite, Print, Email, and Download articles and sources.
Example Menu:
EBSCO databases allow you to download citations in AMA, APA, Chicago/Turabian, Harvard, MLA, Vancouver/ICMJE formats.
1. In the results list, click on the title of the article you want to cite.
2. Click , which you will see on the right-hand side of the article view page.
3. Copy and paste the citation you want into your bibliography or works cited list.
Please Note!: Always double check citations for accuracy.
When you click on the cite/citation button (example), the database will generate a citation for you in any format of your choosing.
MLA: typically, for humanities or liberal arts courses
APA: social science courses
Once you've selected your format of choice, you may use this citation in your own Works Cited, as a guide. It is important to note that there are sometimes mistakes with this citation generator; you must review the citation and ensure that the formatting is correct.
