RHC Library offers TI-83 and TI-84 graphing calculators only to students who are enrolled in a Math class. Science classes, such as Chemistry, do not qualify.
The Math Science and Engineering Center (MSEC) is allowing students to use graphing calculators at the MSEC while a student is at the Center. They do not loan out graphing calculators.
There are also phone apps and online graphing calculator emulators (for free) and rental (for a fee) options available. See below.
The Calculator Drawer (Internet Archive)
The Calculator Drawer has online emulations of many different calculators, including the TI-83 Plus graphing calculator.
With everything running in a web browser (including mobile browsers on smartphones), no downloading or installing of software is necessary.
